This 54.6V 5A Lithium-ion battery charger is designed for fast charging of high-capacity batteries and can charge any Lithium-ion battery at 5 amps. It is not recommended to charge lead-acid batteries or SLA, AGM batteries, it is too powerful. This charger has a built-in high-strength aluminum casing and a cooling fan for fast cooling. It is rated at 5A and can charge a 12Ah Lithium-ion battery in 2.5 hours, or a 25Ah battery in less than 5 hours. Charges a 60Ah battery in 12 hours. For smaller batteries (<10Ah), we recommend using a 3A charger. All Lithium-ion batteries should be charged with a Lithium-ion battery compatible charger, like this one. Charging a lead-acid battery with a SLA AGM charger will degrade the performance and life of the battery.
